On this Fourth Sunday of Easter, Blessed Trinity reflects on the comforting and powerful image of Christ as the Good Shepherd. In his message, Father Skip invites the parish to listen more attentively to the voice of Christ amid the many competing voices in today’s world. This Easter season continues to call us into deeper trust, reminding us that the Risen Lord leads, protects, and never abandons His people. The parish remains vibrant with sacramental celebrations, faith formation milestones, and opportunities for community engagement. From youth ministry gatherings to upcoming sacraments and parish-wide initiatives, this week reflects a living Church rooted in faith, formation, and fellowship.
Father Skip centers this week’s reflection on the voice of the Good Shepherd and the importance of learning to recognize and follow Christ in a world filled with distraction. He emphasizes that discipleship begins with listening—through Scripture, prayer, and the life of the Church. Christ not only leads His people but protects them, assuring us that we are never abandoned. The message culminates in the powerful image of Jesus as both Shepherd and Gate—the One who leads us into eternal life.
Blessed Trinity will soon launch a new formation process focused on the Catechism of the Catholic Church, inviting adults and young adults into deeper understanding and full communion with the Church.
Raffle tickets are still being accepted. The drawing will take place on Sunday, May 3rd after the 10:00 a.m. Mass in the Parish Center.
