The high priest discovers “the book of the law” (II Kings 22) and Josiah makes this “Book of the Covenant” (II Kings 23,2) the basis for the great reform which undertakes, and become Deuteronomy.” Three sermons by Moses reviewing 40 years in the wilderness.

Also make an Ark of wood. 11: 1-12- Fear and Love the LORD. Promises if they were obedient 12-26. Moses reminds the Israelites of their rebellions and God's mercies. Blessings and Curses -11:26-32. Monuments of idolatry to be destroyed 12: 1-4. Enticers to idolatry to be put to death. 12:6-18 Observe the Passover of the LORD, 16:1-15.
