Guidelines to Proposing Events

• Must be submitted 90 days in advance to the proposed event day (to allow preparations and promotion)
• We kindly ask to prepare for a 15% commitment of the proceeds to support our parish
• We suggest allocating 10% of proceeds to support our local community in similar needs

Community Event Support

Once your event has been approved, we are able to put behind your event all of our support and machinery of promoting event logistics to make of your event a tremendous success!

• Promotion of the event in our weekly bulletin
• Announcements of up to 2 mass services leading up to the event
• Inclusion of event across our Social Media outlets
• Adding event in our website calendar of events
• Home Page Banner [If event is a large-scale event benefitting our community]
